Do you have any formal training?
Absolutely! I am certified as a birth and postpartum doula with additional bereavement training. I have been a doula for over 3 years now and I hold my certification in infant and adult CPR.
How do I get more information about the services you offer?
Before I work with anyone, I require potential clients to schedule a complimentary meet & greet. During this call you can ask all the questions you'd like - time permitting that is!

Do I have to complete a meet & greet before booking?
Yes. I require all new potential clients to book a free call so that we can discuss your needs and if my services will be a good fit for both your family and myself.
Is there any minimum commitment?
​For certain services, such as postpartum support, I do require a minimum commitment of 4 hours per session for day time support and 8 hours for overnight support.
